About Me

I love to cook, travel, sing, and garden. My company, Solo by Bonicelli, is a fresh meal delivery service for individuals. It is now almost a year and half old and growing and is designed to support my belief in using organic, local, and the finest ingredients possible. In addition to Solo, I am working on recipe and product development, photography, blogging, guest writing, and have just completed my 40th cooking video.

I have an extensive background in producing food photography and have studied cooking and cooked for years in catering situations, for my family, and now for Solo. I am fortunate that I have family in Italy and have had many trips to Italy (and elsewhere) that have influenced my culinary exploration.

I come from Chisholm, a small Iron Range town in Northern Minnesota that has a large Italian and Eastern European community. My interest in food comes from growing up with wonderful food.
