Strawberries are in the stores year round, but they are nothing like the AMAZING berries I got this week from Farmer Jerry of Untiedt Vegetable Farm. Great conversation, a little education, and (most importantly) delicious berries made this visit truly a pleasure.

This salsa is one of my favorites to pair with chicken. It is sweet, savory, crunchy, and spicy.
