On April 23rd we had our first Solo by Bonicelli tasting at Art Institute Minnesota in Minneapolis.
The event featured appetizer portions of Solo entrees paired with wine selected by Taylor Stein from Hennepin Lake Liquors. It was a beautiful evening outside - and inside!
I am proud to say that I am participating in AIM's intern program and will be cooking with their students, which is why I am so thrilled that we were able to use their beautiful restaurant and gallery.
