I've never been good at the New Year's resolutions. I think it's because January and February don't feel like a new beginning to me. The first sign of Spring though, when the humidity starts to return and the ice starts melting, now that's a time to get ready for SUMMER!
For the next 2 months - that's what I'm doing. I'm publishing new, healthful videos and recipes right off of my menus. I'm starting with this week's post - Chicken Chili.
I'm also going to be blogging about where to get where to shop and eat for quality and price. I'm going profile a resource every week. Next week I'll post an interview with the owner of Senyai-Senlek in N.E. Minneapolis. My hood!
